Piedmont West Medical Office Park was developed in conjunction with Piedmont Hospital to create a new experience for both doctor and patient. The Piedmont West experience focuses on comfort, innovation and professionalism, with unique services such as prime physicians-only parking, physician-dedicated elevator access, a variety of restaurant and cafe options and future valet parking. Piedmont West will serve as the new home for Piedmont Hospital’s Cancer Center, which provides services such as radiation oncology to its patients. The building also hosts a state-of-the-art medical imaging center and several other prominent specialty practice groups, such as: Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine, Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates, and Malizia Clinic.

Located on seven acres at the corner of Howell Mill Road and I-75, this innovative mixed-use development offers unmatched accessibility to all parts of town, with immediate access to a variety of the area’s top dining and shopping amenities. The first phase of this innovative mixed-use development includes a 264,000 square foot Class A medical office building and more than 9,000 square feet of retail, supported by plenty of covered parking with direct access into the building. Future plans include another 150,000 square feet of office space with additional upscale support amenities.
